Prof. Pallavi Khanna possesses over 5 years of valuable experience in research and teaching as an academician specializing in economics. Currently in the final stages of her doctoral studies from the Department of Economics, Jamia Millia Islamia, she anticipates completing her degree in the coming months. Her research, titled “Financing of Secondary Education by the Public Sector in India,” investigates the financing trends and patterns in secondary education across India and states following the implementation of the Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan flagship program. Pallavi has been honored with an ICSSR Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to support her research. Prior to her doctoral studies, Pallavi earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Delhi. With a solid teaching background, she has made significant contributions to various reputable institutions in India. Pallavi has demonstrated her expertise by publishing papers in well-reputed journals. Her teaching interests encompass Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Economics, Development Economics etc.
