Dr. Shivani Khurana, Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at IILM, boasts an extensive academic background spanning over 25 years, marked by both classroom instruction and dedicated research. Her academic qualifications include a B.A. (Hons), M.A., M.Phil. in Psychology (with a Gold Medal distinction), M.Ed., and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour. She has been honoured with a prestigious Diploma in Behavioural Skills from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Her contributions extend beyond academia as evidenced by her authorship of two books, one focusing on “Research Methodology” and the other on “Educational Administration: Motivating Academics.” Her teaching repertoire encompasses a wide array of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management and Psychology. Her primary teaching domains include Individual Dynamics, Interpersonal Group Processes, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Counselling, Psychology at Work, and Learning and Development. Dr. Khurana has also conducted numerous soft skills training programs for various organizations such as the PHD Chambers, Engineers India Limited, and other corporate entities, in addition to providing guidance to fellow faculty members. Apart from her academic pursuits, she displays a keen interest in fostering alumni engagement, forging industry connections, and actively participating in student placements and summer internship programs.
