Dr. Shefali Goel works as an Assistant Professor of Management at IILM, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, where she is also the First Year Stage Coordinator for the SBS BBA program. In her role, she is dedicated to mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students and oversees the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) in association with Ministry of Education Innovation Cell. Dr. Goel has collaborated on a research project with the Swiss Business School (SBS) in Switzerland, focusing on Sustainable and Affordable Housing (SDG 11). With over seven years of experience in academia, research, and clinical practice, she is a distinguished faculty member.
She holds a Gold Medal in MDS Prosthodontics from King George Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, and has completed the Executive Program in Healthcare Management (EPHM) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C). Additionally, she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics (PGDMLE) from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Dr. Goel has worked at prestigious government institutions, including KGMU, Lucknow, and the Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS), New Delhi. She has received media coverage for her achievements and holds copyright for her work. Her research contributions include indexed publications in both national and international journals. Furthermore, Dr. Goel has organized various national-level workshops and conferences and has presented scientific papers, posters, and table clinics at numerous national and international conferences.
