Dr. Mansi Taparia has done her Ph.D from IIT Roorkee in the area of human resource management. She is also an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has previously taught at Amity Global Business School, Noida wherein she was teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has published her research in leading international journals like Management Review Quarterly (ABDC-B), Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance (ABDC-B) and Industrial and Commercial Training (Scopus, Q2) and has presented papers at various international conferences. She also serves as a reviewer of journals like Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance (ABDC-B) and Gender in Management: An International Journal (ABDC-C, SSCI). Her current interest lies in the field of glass ceiling, gender diversity and inclusion.
