He is a PhD in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing& Finance. He holds an additional diploma in Exports Marketing, a Diploma in Information & Systems Management and a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry. He has worked for more than 22 years in Industry and academia. His areas of interest include Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Marketing Communications and Channel Management. He has done several consulting assignments in the area of Marketing and Marketing Communications for companies like Asian Paints, Johnson Matthey India, Power Finance Corporation, Henkel Adhesive India, UCO Bank, Federation of Indian Exporters Organization, BSES Delhi among others. He is also a behavioral and a sales trainer.

He has earlier been on the panel of Symbiosis, Pune for their corporate sessions on Management for Executives at King Fisher Airlines, WIPRO, EXL, Computer Science Corporation, Infosys, Dr. Reddy’s Lab, Bharti Airtel and Hindalco Industries. He has also been their faculty for open sessions on management organized in Delhi for many years. In addition to this, he has served as Academic Consultant for Mountbatten Institute (UK) for their establishment in India. He has also been appointed as the member of the Industry Advisory Council, Vishwakarma Skill University, Gurgaon.

He was also the Head of Alumni, BIMTECH, Greater Noida and Ex Chairperson, Retail Management Program of BIMTECH. He has been active in supporting the initiatives at BIMTECH that include Admissions marketing, Placements, Summer Training, Short term projects and Academia Industry interface for more than 28 years.

He is an independent Director with Adroit Global Personnel Services Pvt. Ltd. Adroit is a staffing company with more than 7500 employees pan India. The network & presence of Adroit includes 4 office locations, 20 satisfied clients, 24 States coverage and operations in 300+ cities in India.

He is also an Independent Director with Dreamsphere Event & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and Trailblitz Pvt. Ltd. The companies operate into Corporate Events& Pan India B2B Distribution of grocery items respectively. He is also associated with Pragatisheel Foundation (NGO) as Trustee.
