Book Review Session
Venue: IILM Lodhi Road, G02
We had an engaging Book Review Session where our faculty shared key insights from transformative books that shape leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking.
Inspired by the vision of Dr. Harivansh Chaturvedi, who believes that books should be our best friends, we, as academicians, must cultivate the habit of regular reading. The knowledge and insights gained from books have the power to transform leadership, drive innovation, and shape our perspectives.
🔹 Dr. Gurpreet Singh Bhatia reviewed “Source Code – My Beginnings” by Bill Gates, offering insights into technology, innovation, and resilience in shaping Microsoft.
🔹 Dr. Shruti Gill presented “How Leaders Learn” by David Novak, emphasizing the crucial role of mentorship, self-reflection, and continuous learning in shaping effective leaders.
🔹 Dr. Rupali Singh shared perspectives from “Design Your Thinking” by Pavan Soni, emphasizing creativity and user-centric problem-solving as essential skills for innovation.
Thought-provoking discussions foster a culture of continuous learning at IILM.
Looking forward to many more insightful sessions!
