Shreya Mukherjee is an accomplished academic with a Ph.D. submitted in HR/OB from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi (UGC NET JRF 99.98 percentile). With over five years of research and teaching experience, she specializes in Talent Management and Human Resource Development. She has held teaching and administrative roles at institutions like WOXSEN University and currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at IILM, Lodhi Road, Delhi. Her research contributions are widely recognized published in Scopus and ABDC listed journals, and she has presented at multiple prestigious conferences with Best Paper Award recognitions.
