Dr. Sartaj Khera is an academician and researcher. She has also been engaged in various teaching assignments in internationally acclaimed educational institutions like UDLAP, Mexico and Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater NOIDA, India. She has earned her doctorate in Management from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, in association with Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater NOIDA, India. She is the recipient of the Jagdish N. Sheth Best Thesis Award for 2016, Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater NOIDA, India.

Dr. Sartaj has published research papers and case studies in ABDC, ABS and Scopus indexed journals.

She has also conducted online faculty development programs in scale development, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling.
