IILM Distinguished Global Thinker Award 2025

We were delighted to welcome Professor Ranjay Gulati of Harvard Business School where he was presented with the Distinguished Global Thinker Award.

In a thought-provoking keynote, Professor Gulati spoke about the power of deep purpose a kind of purpose that goes beyond performance and is truly embedded in an organisation’s culture. He reminded us that before aligning with a company’s mission, individuals must first understand their own purpose.

The evening was made even more special by the presence of Retd. Justice Hima Kohli, who reflected on the importance of moral leadership, empathy, and environmental responsibility in shaping a just and balanced society.
