Dr. Vidushi Vatsa is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at IILM, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. She is also the Area Chair of Marketing and the Second-Year Stage Coordinator for the BBA Program. Prior to joining, she was a visiting faculty in the Department of Commerce at Vivekananda College, Delhi University. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Amity University, Noida. She has papers published in reputed international journals such as Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science. Her research interests span across consumer behavior, customer experience, loyalty programs, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, reflecting her commitment to advancing knowledge in these fields.
