IILM QUEST 2026 - A Research & Case Conference
IILM QUEST 2026 – Doing Business in India
IILM QUEST 2026 – Doing Business in India, a Research & Case Conference, will be held on 27–28 November 2026 at IILM Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The conference brings together academicians, researchers, doctoral scholars, teaching case writers and industry practitioners to examine India’s evolving business environment through rigorous research and decision-focused teaching cases.
India’s business landscape is being shaped by rapid digitalisation, sustainability imperatives, entrepreneurial growth and changing workforce capabilities. QUEST 2026 provides a developmental academic platform where participants can present emerging work, receive constructive feedback, engage with editors and senior scholars, and strengthen manuscripts and teaching cases for future publication. The conference encourages interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration across management disciplines.
Conference Tracks
The conference invites research papers and teaching cases across five tracks:
- AI in Business & Education: AI adoption, digital transformation, responsible AI, analytics, AI-enabled learning and human–AI collaboration.
- Sustainability & Society: ESG, sustainable business models, responsible consumption, climate action, social impact and circular economy.
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Start-ups, family businesses, entrepreneurial ecosystems, business-model innovation, scaling and financing.
- Up-Skilling of Workforce: Future of work, reskilling, learning and development, HR analytics, employability and leadership capability.
- Teaching Case Studies: Decision-focused teaching cases across management disciplines, supported by confidential teaching notes and clear learning objectives.
