Awakening session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act

At IILM Lodhi Road, we were honoured to host an awakening session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, led by Advocate Noopur Singhal – Chairperson, LC-POSH (New Delhi) and Founder, Shaktāṛ Mindz.

As part of the orientation for our PGDM Batch 2025–27, this mandatory training equips students with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, prevent, and address sexual harassment effectively. Using real-life examples, Advocate Singhal clearly illustrated the boundaries between acceptable behaviour and misconduct.

Together, we are cultivating a campus culture built on respect, dignity, and safety.
