• In his academic career spanning 30+ years he has been a Visiting professor at IIM Lucknow, Indore, Shillong, Rohtak, MDI, FMS Delhi University, IITD New Delhi, BIMTECH, IMI, IMT, SP Jain Dubai/ Singapore, XLRI, Amity Noida since 1990. He has taught over 25K students and executives
• Between 07/2016-07/2024 he joined academics at BIMTECH where he held positions of Dean Academics and Chairperson BIMTECH COOLS which launched PGDM Online in 2020 with AACSB accreditation. He was Professor of Information Systems and head of IT BIMTECH as well
• A large part of his corporate career was with IBM Global Services where his last assignment was as IBM Asia Pacific Executive Internal IT managing 17 countries. He was credited with establishing IBM Consulting in India as its principal. He was also the Project Executive for 2.5 B USD project for Bharti Airtel between 2004 and 2009.
• In addition he turned around two IT services companies as CEO . These companies are Raffles Solutions Bengaluru part of Thakral Group Singapore and Bhilwara Infotech Noida, part of LNJ Bhilwara Group
• He started his career with Tata Steel as a Graduate Trainee from the NIT campus in a short span of 10 years, he became Dy Divisional Manager IT Services
• A prolific writer, he has published 16 books, 5 Book chapters and 25 research papers.
