With nearly five years of experience as an Assistant Professor, I specialize in Commercial Law, Investment & Competition Law, International Law, Media Law, Jurisprudence, Organizational Behavior, and HR subjects. I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Monroe College and SBS Swiss Business School, where I am deeply involved in mentoring, placement cell activities, and training programs for students & corporate professionals on Personality Development, Cyber Security, AML & ABL, etc.
My academic journey is complemented by three years of corporate experience in contract drafting and abstraction, legal research, and a specialization in Contract Law, Legal Writing, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and other Business Laws. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Competition Law, further advancing my research capabilities and academic contributions.
My educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Law (2-year program) and a Bachelor’s in Law (5-year program) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. I have published multiple research papers in reputed journals, reflecting my commitment to advancing legal scholarship and practical understanding in my fields of expertise.
In addition to my academic and corporate roles, I actively assist with Legal Aid Cells, coordinate Debate and Moot Court Committees, and contribute to the holistic development of students through various extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
